A monthly membership is around the same price as a day pass but it auto renews so make sure you cancel immediately. They claim to offer a student discount but when I showed my ID they said no and said I shouldn’t be upset because it’s only $2 anyway.
Half of the trampolines were roped off for no reason at all.
They have no specific area for younger kids.
They make you wear their brand sock and if you have another brand the employees tell you you need go buy their socks. The only do this so the managers don’t get mad at them. And the managers only do it to make money. The employees told me they are watched by cameras and will get into trouble if managers see something wrong.
The music inside is definitely picked for the employees and not for the kids. Maybe it’s a compromise to keep employees happy. Hopefully they’re being treated well.
Socks are $12.50 per pair.
I saw comments that you get free socks with the $22 membership but that’s not true. Even if you only use the foam pit you need their branded socks.
They have food but it’s super overpriced. $6 for an icee.
There’s not much near it but I assume that helps keep their rent low. Price are similar to other trampoline parks. (Except socks which are normally $3 and food.)
If you want your kids to burn off some energy, come here! It's a big ooen space that has concessions and a arcade as you walk in. The fun aka the trampolines and foam pit is in the back. Yes, FOAM PIT!!! Please abide by the safety rules, PLEASE. And parents please make sure that your child/party does as well.
UNSAFE. Teenagers unsupervised. We hosted my son’s 7th birthday here and a fight broke out in the arcade/concession stand area. It was INSANE. One security officer was completely outnumbered and overwhelmed. Durham police department was called and we couldn’t even leave the party room until that area was cleared only to step outside around about 100 teenagers still shouting and yelling. We have emailed and called for a full refund since our event was cut short and my son was terrified. Management refuses to make this right and give us a refund and more importantly takes no responsibility for the unsafe environment they allow there. NEVER visiting again.
Most happening place to hangout in Durham ! Must plan for weekends, the place is awesome!!
After renovation the place is more cool & fun, added with new i-ball game zone. …
We love sky zone, and the Durham location does not disappoint. The parking lot and the outside is kind of dirty and stinky but sky zone itself is maintained well. I also got a Groupon for it with brought down the price a bit, which was convenient! There is plenty of parking, so that's one less thing to worry about.
My experience about this place was amazing as an adult jumping it’s a lot. But coming to sky zone for a birthday party brought the kid out of me I had so much fun with the kids. Oh and the foam pit is real but fun. I like this place it’s …
The grands had a blast. This is a great place to burn off energy.
We came here instead of the Sky Zone in Apex. We should have went to Apex. The staff was rude. The girls at the counter didn’t speak. They had their phones in their hands the entire time. When we asked for popcorn she said “there …
Great spot to get the kids tired at end of day. We purchased tickets to their New Years Eva bash for the noon session and its been great. Balloon drop and countdown and everything to make it exciting for the kids. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for an easy day to get out of the house!
Came on a Saturday with family (5 kids). The place was expectantly busy, no surprise there. However, I was surprised to see staff that was supposed to be observing the jump areas. standing around on their phones. There was no supervision in …
